- To qualify, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by writing to our customer care team with relevant details and unboxing proof (photos or video).
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Products purchased during sale events, discounts, or using promo codes are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, only exchanges may be considered (if applicable).
- Refund requests made after the stipulated 48-hour window will not be entertained.

- Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the same mode of payment used during the purchase.
- In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer. Customers may be required to provide valid bank details.

- Story Spin offers one-time free reverse pickup for eligible returns.
- For subsequent returns on the same order or if the pickup service is unavailable in your location, customers will need to ship the product back at their own expense.
