Yes! We deliver across India. During checkout you can select your preferred shipping option and we’ll send your personalized book to your doorstep.
How long will it take to receive my book ?
Our standard production and shipping timeline is 7–10 business days within India. Personalized books take a little longer because they’re made just for your child.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it ?
You may request changes or cancellation before the book goes into print. Once printing has begun, we cannot guarantee modifications or full cancellation. If you’re unsure, please reach out promptly via our support channel.
What if I’m not happy with the finished book ?
We offer a “Love It” guarantee. If the customization is not as approved or there’s a production defect, contact us via our home page with details and photos. We’ll review your case and provide a replacement or correction.
Are the books available in languages other than English ?
Currently our books are available in English. We plan to add regional Indian languages soon — stay tuned to our site or subscribe for updates.
How can I track my order ?
Once your book is shipped, we’ll share a tracking link via email and SMS. You can check your order status anytime using that link.
What kind of personalization options do you offer ?
You can customize your child’s name, photo, gender, and sometimes even appearance traits or dedication message — depending on the book theme.
Can I include a special message or dedication ?
Absolutely! You can add a heartfelt note that appears on the first page — making it a perfect keepsake gift for birthdays, baby showers, or festive celebrations.
My order hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do ?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact our support team via our home page. We’ll resolve it promptly.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address ?
Please contact us immediately at support@storyspin.in. If the book hasn’t been printed or dispatched, we’ll update your address. Once shipped, we may not be able to redirect the parcel.
