    • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
    • During festive seasons, sales, or national holidays, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.
    • Once shipped, delivery is generally completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Note: These timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Delays & External Factors

While we strive for timely deliveries, certain factors may occasionally cause delays. These include but are not limited to:

    • Natural events such as strikes, floods, or unforeseen disruptions
    • Public holidays, local restrictions, or government regulations
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
    • International customs clearance or transit-related issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate address details and availability during delivery. Any delays or returns resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the customer.

Returns & Reverse Logistics
    • We provide a one-time complimentary reverse pickup for returns or exchanges within India.
    • For subsequent returns/exchanges on the same order, customers will need to bear shipping charges.
    • Orders placed with discounts, offers, or promo codes may not qualify for returns. If eligible, refunds will only reflect the net amount paid after applying offers or coupons.

Tracking Your Order
    • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via email and/or SMS.
    • You can also view the shipping status anytime by logging into your My Orders section on our website.
Packaging & Delivery Checks

Every order is packaged in our Story Spin, crafted to make your unboxing experience memorable.

    • We recommend checking the parcel at the time of delivery. Please do not accept shipments that appear tampered, opened, or damaged.
    • For smooth claim resolutions, we suggest recording a short unboxing video when receiving your package. This will help support cases of missing or damaged items.
Order Verification & Cancellations
    • Story Spin reserves the right to verify order details (address, contact number, item availability) before dispatch.
    • Orders may be held or cancelled if verification is unsuccessful or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly.
